Damages and issues
At RIVEL, we take great care to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order at info@riveleg.com. Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and take the necessary steps to make it right, which may include a replacement, exchange (subject to availability), or a full refund, including original shipping costs and return shipping.
